WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will not travel to a meeting in Ukraine of the OSCE, the European democracy watchdog, due to scheduling issues, the State Department said on Friday.
Kerry had been expected to attend a meeting of the 56-nation Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in early December. Spokeswoman Jen Psaki would not confirm whether the cancellation of the trip was due to the detention of opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko.
