Total Antwerp refinery explosion kills at least one

PARIS/BRUSSELS (Reuters) - An explosion at Total's Antwerp refinery in Belgium, Europe's second-largest, killed at least one person, forced the evacuation of the site and caused a partial outage on Tuesday, a company spokeswoman said.

Two people were still missing, Total added in an emailed statement.
