YEKATERINBURG, Russia (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that he would sign a law barring foreign same-sex couples from adopting Russian children if such legislation is passed by parliament.
A Russian government official said on Saturday that legislation restricting foreign adoptions to "traditional" families would be submitted to parliament this year.
