Congolese warlord makes first appearance at Hague court


THE HAGUE (Reuters) - Bosco Ntaganda, a Congolese warlord known as "the Terminator" made his first appearance at the International Criminal Court on Tuesday after evading arrest on war crimes charges for seven years.

Rwanda-born Ntaganda, described on his court fact sheet as being around 41 years old, entered the courtroom dressed in an ill-fitting dark blue suit, blue shirt, and stripy tie. He appeared ill at ease, leaning forward and looking down as the hearing began.
