KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Reuters) - A fire triggered by an explosion that appeared to have originated underground engulfed a restaurant in Kansas City on Tuesday, injuring at least a half dozen people, witnesses on the scene told Reuters.
The explosion shook the Country Club Plaza, an upscale shopping area, in Kansas City just after 6 p.m. local time, the witnesses said.
