A teenager who kicked and scratched a policewoman when she visited her flat to arrest her brother admitted to two charges yesterday.
Carmen Chng Jiawen was 16 when she refused to open the door to their Paya Lebar home and shouted vulgarities in June 2013. She scratched the cop and kicked her in the knees and stomach.
