BEIJING: China’s housing prices fell in February, a survey showed, renewing fears of weakening growth in the world’s second-largest economy.
The average price of a new home in China’s 100 major cities fell 0.24% from January to 10,539 yuan (RM6,160) per square metre, the China Index Academy said Saturday.
