TWO Facebook posts by a radiographer containing nasty remarks about his patients and his workplace have been making its rounds online.
In one of the postings which were sent to citizen journalism site Stomp, the radiographer describes a patient as a “schizophrenic urine smelling auntie with urine on both legs”.
The second posting was directed to “the one who didn’t flush away her period blood on tissues in my clinic’s only toilet”.
When The Straits Times contacted the radiographer, he said that he wanted to be known only as Lee, 25, and would only say that he worked in a local hospital.
He has since removed the posts from his account.
He added that his postings were just “innocent rants about a bad day at work”, and insisted that he was not being unprofessional.
“I didn’t put in my company’s name, or any information that will identify the patient.
“It was just an innocent posting and I didn’t know it would spread online,” he said. — The Straits Times / Asia News Network
