PUTRAJAYA: Journalist S. Tarshini will now have to testify in the trial of two suspected terrorists after the Court of Appeal threw out her appeal to have her subpoena set aside.
Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohtarudin Baki ruled that public interest in compelling Tarshini to testify outweighed the need to protect journalistic sources, as the case involved national security.
