KOTA KINABALU: Assemblymen can use English freely in their debates in the Sabah State Legislative Assembly.
State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun said English was not an issue as the Standing Orders clearly allowed for its use along with Bahasa Malaysia.
