KOTA TINGGI: Three vessels, believed to have conducted illegal oil transfer, were detained by the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) off Pengerang waters here.
MMEA Tanjung Sedili enforcement chief Kapt Amran Daud said the vessels were spotted at about 9.15am on Saturday at 3.4 nautical miles south-east of Teluk Ramunia.
