PETALING JAYA: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) rulings must be implemented fairly and across the board, said MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
Responding to complaints by Petaling Street traders that they were singled out over a new ruling they were required to strictly follow or risk an immediate licence revocation, Dr Wee said the onus was on DBKL to convince the traders that the ruling was “standard practice”.
