GEORGE TOWN: Despatch clerk Mohamed Ismail Sahul Hameed’s testimony in the High Court that he believed the bag he was transporting contained microchips, was not enough to save him from the gallows.
Judicial Commissioner Datuk Nordin Hassan said that Mohamed Ismail had never mentioned to the police after his arrest that he thought the bag had contained microchips.
