Ex-soldier jailed for killing clerk


KOTA BARU: A former army sergeant was sentenced to 20 years' jail by the High Court here for causing the death of a 34-year-old school clerk two years ago with an explosive.

Che Rosli Che Daud (pic), 31, was sentenced by Justice Datuk Azman Abdullah who found him guilty of causing Mohd Yusrizal Mat Zain's death in front of a house at Lot 127, Blok N, Perumahan JPN Kok Seraya Chabang Empat, Tumpat, between 10am and 11am on Aug 11, 2013.
