Lorry driver buried alive under own shipment of sand after accident


SEREMBAN: A lorry driver was buried alive under its shipment of sand when the vehicle was involved in an accident while going downhill along Jalan Seremban-Jelebu in Bukit Tangga near here at around 9.30am Thursday.

Seremban Fire and Rescue operations head Razali Abd Khadir told reporters at the scene that the victim, only known as Chandran, in his 50s, was heading from Jelebu to Seremban when the lorry encountered brake failure while negotiating a bend.
