MANILA: The Philippines, which is hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) Summit from tomorrow, has beefed up security around the city and the international airport here following the terrorist attacks in Paris.
Most leaders are still scheduled to attend, including US President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, but Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indonesian leader Joko Widodo have cancelled their trips to Manila due to domestic issues.
