KUALA LUMPUR: Former PKR Rembau division chief Badrul Hisham Shaharin and student activist Adam Adli Abdul Halim were among 15 persons ordered to enter their defence for taking part in an unlawful assembly two years ago.
Sessions Court judge Abdul Rashid Daud made the ruling after the prosecution had succeeded in establishing a prima facie case against them.
