BUTTERWORTH: A college student was killed on the Penang Bridge near the toll plaza, just hours after celebrating his 18th birthday.
Loh Keang Guan (pic), who was driving home to Bukit Mertajam from the island, was flung out of the car and landed in mud flats under the bridge during the 5am incident yesterday.
