KUCHING: Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) is investing RM2.5bil on a 500kV backbone transmission, which is schedule for completion mid-2016 and should improve reliability.
SEB chief executive Datuk Torstein Dale Sjotveit revealed this on Facebook yesterday, when replying to complaints during a major power outage affecting the southern half of the state in the afternoon.
