KUALA LUMPUR: The Public Accounts Committee does not have the power to stop 1Malaysia Development Bhd president Arul Kanda Kandasamy and Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli from debating the issue, said PAC chairman Datuk Hasan Arifin (pic).
Hasan said he would refer the matter of whether the debate would jeopardise PAC's investigations on 1MDB to Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia.
