KUALA LUMPUR: Baby dumping cases are always related to someone's "inappropriate behaviour", said Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
"Based on investigations conducted by the police, baby dumping cases are also a fast way to cover up embarrassment," he said, adding that 87 cases of baby dumping had been reported as of September this year.
