PETALING JAYA: Arul Kanda Kandasamy (pic) has chided Public Accounts Committee (PAC) member Tony Pua for now "hiding behind his PAC membership" and calling off the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) debate with him.
Arul Kanda, the 1MDB president, said he now suspects that Pua's challenge had been more politically motivated than a desire to seek the truth.
