PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has ordered the High Court to decide if two people charged with attempting to sabotage the nation’s banking and financial services can be tried under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).
A High Court had on Oct 19 referred three questions of law in the case involving Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan and his lawyer Matthias Chang to the apex court.
