KOTA BARU: The Kelantan government has come under fire for not paying RM14.6mil in salary deductions by staff of the Kelantan Islamic Foundation (YIK) to saving agencies since 2001.
Datuk Md Alwi Che Ahmad (Ketereh-BN), who brought up the matter at the first day of the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly meeting, wanted answers from the state government on the issue.
