KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 100 Bertam Valley residents in Cameron Highlands are suing Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for negligence over the flood situation two years ago.
The residents claimed that during the early hours of Oct 23, 2013, at about 12.20am, TNB had caused the release of substantial amount of water from the Sultan Abu Bakar Dam into Bertam River without any warning.
