KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s Shipping Master Plan, which aims to strengthen the shipping industry, is on track to be completed by year’s end.
“We will finish the master plan by this year and hope that next year, we can present it to the Cabinet for government support,” Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai told reporters here after launching the World Maritime Day 2015: Maritime Education and Training exhibition at the Putra World Trade Centre.
