PUTRAJAYA: A lawyer succeeded at the Federal Court on Tuesday to set aside his suspension order for misconduct, but was ordered to pay a RM 30,000 fine to the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board within 30 days.
In handing down the decision, Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Richard Malanjum found that there were no merits to allow the appeal by How @ Ho Peng Kwang.
