FAM views integrity seriously, association tells Johor Crown Prince

PETALING JAYA: The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) has responded to the Johor Crown Prince’s call for FIFA to investigate the national football body, stating that it has always viewed integrity seriously.

“On accusations that FAM has failed to handle corruption, the association has always taken a serious stance on integrity issues. FAM formed an integrity taskforce in 2010 and since 2013, has made it compulsory for all state football associations to form taskforces in every state,” said FAM secretary-general Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin in a statement on Tuesday.
