KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan and his lawyer Matthias Chang Wen Chieh have applied to the High Court for a review of the charge of attempting to sabotage the country's banking and financial system that they have been slapped with.
Their counsel Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla said the charge under Section 124L of the Penal Code did not fall under provisions of the Security Offences Act (Special Measures) 2012 (Sosma).
