PETALING JAYA: The Department of Orang Asli Development (Jakoa) spoke out against claims that it mistreated the victims and relatives of the seven orang asli pupils who went missing in Gua Musang.
The department said it had provided basic necessities and help such as food, petrol and financial aid to the families throughout the time the search and rescue operation was ongoing after the children were reported missing in August.
