GEORGE TOWN: Police are investigating an alleged fake tweet posted under the name of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng on the banning of loudspeakers in mosques and surau in Penang.
Penang police chief Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Rahim Hanafi said the case was now being investigated under Section 500 of the Penal Code for defamation.
