PETALING JAYA: Social activist Anas Zubedy (pic) is a believer in moderation – not only in his views but when it comes to food as well. The 51-year-old Penang-born, whose fit and trim figure is an envy of many, thinks people can still enjoy their favourite food like nasi kandar or teh tarik and stay healthy at the same time.

“There is no problem with indulging in your favourite delicacies but the most important part is to take this in moderation and to have a balanced diet,” he said.
