GEORGE TOWN: A mechanic accused of murdering his cousin about two years ago has been freed by a High Court here.
Judicial Commissioner Datuk Nordin Hassan acquitted and discharged Muhammad Zaini Ahmad (pic), 25, without calling for his defence, after ruling that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against him.
