GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has dismissed the judicial review application by the state government for a declaration that the Penang Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) was a lawful organisation.
The decision was made by Judicial Commissioner Collin Lawrence Sequerah in his chambers Thursday.
