Reps held for obstructing work by civil servants


SEREMBAN: Police have detained Seremban MP Anthony Loke Siew Foke and Temiang assemblyman Ng Chin Tsai and 13 others for investigations for hindering civil servants from carrying out their duties in Ulu Temiang.

OCPD Asst Comm Muhamad Zaki Harun said they were detained for investigation under Section 186 of the Penal Code for hindering civil servants in ensuring that the takeover of land in Ulu Temiang proceeded smoothly and uttering harsh words at the police.
