Azmi gets support from student groups


PETALING JAYA: Student groups have expressed their support for Universiti Malaya law lecturer Azmi Sharom, who is seeking to challenge the constitutionality of the Sedition Act.

Calling for people to attend the court decision at the Palace of Justice in Putrajaya today, Progressive University of Malaya secretary-general Vince Tan, 24, said a group of 30 to 40 students would be there as well as members from Gerakan Hapus Akta Hasutan.
