PETALING JAYA: Strong leadership at all levels is needed to realise global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), says United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) administrator Helen Clark (pic).
The former New Zealand prime minister said it was equally important for leaders to find the required funding to implement the goals as well as garner the cooperation from a broader coalition of leadership.
