PETALING JAYA: Racially motivated street rallies will make it difficult for the Government to implement its 11th Malaysian Plan, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup.
He said such rallies would only further fuel racial distrust and animosity among the multi-religious and multi-racial Malaysians.
