Two cops shot by sniper while arresting drug pusher


KOTA KINABALU: Two anti-narcotics officers were shot apparently by a sniper while they were arresting a suspected drug pusher at a roundabout around the Jalan Sepanggar-Salut road here.

Sjn Mejar Sabturani Maul suffered wounds on his head and Kons Tong Wilson was hit on the head, nose and body from pellets from a single shot of a homemade gun which was fired from hill near the Salut Commercial Centre at about 2pm Thursday.
