PETALING JAYA: The decision to call Chinese ambassador Dr Huang Huikang to Wisma Putra was made after obtaining approval from Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman, said his deputy Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican (pic).
"I wish to stress that the decision to call the Chinese ambassador was made by Wisma Putra after getting the approval of the Foreign Minister, who had discussed the matter with the Prime Minister.
