Varsity student part of stadium ruckus


SHAH ALAM: Four men, including a university student, have claimed trial to causing a ruckus during the World Cup Asian Zone Group A qualifying match between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia at the Shah Alam Stadium.

Undergraduate Norazman Noraziz, 24, businessman Mohd Shahrul Azlan Mohd, 32, IT consultant Hazim Kamarulzaman, 35, and IT officer Shamsul Nirwan Halid, 37, pleaded not guilty in a magistrate’s court here to causing disturbance that stopped the match on Sept 8.
