KUALA LUMPUR: International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed leaves for Atlanta today for another round of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations, confident that some progress has been made on issues of interest to Malaysia.
In an interview yesterday, Mustapa noted there had been some movement on what the Government termed as difficult issues like government procurement (GP), state-owned enterpises (SOEs) and biologic drugs.
