KUALA LUMPUR: A couple failed to strike out a suit filed by the former wife of the late Tun Abdul Ghafar Baba against them over a piece of land in Jelebu, Negri Sembilan.
High Court judge Justice Hue Siew Kheng dismissed the striking out application by the couple and ordered the matter to go to trial.
