BUKIT MERTAJAM: A decomposed body of a man was found by the roadside near an oil palm plantation in Jalan Sungai Lembu here.
According to central Seberang Prai district police chief Asst Comm Rusli Mohd Noor, they received a call from passers-by about the discovery at 5.55pm on Saturday.
