PETALING JAYA: A large concrete pipe caused a five-car pile up at Sungai Besi when it fell off the back of a lorry.
In the 6.45am incident Monday on the North-South Expressway, the pipe fell as the lorry was travelling under a flyover and crashed on to a car behind it.
