PETALING JAYA: The Penang government has hit back at critics who have attacked the anti-rabies dog cull that is ongoing in the state, with Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) saying that similar practices were done in Kedah and Perlis without any public outcry.
He said despite the state government's transparency, it remains targeted for doing what was done months earlier in Kedah and Perlis to the extent that some threatened not to vote.
