PETALING JAYA: The red shirt rally planned for today has run into problems with Datuk Jamal Md Yunos (pic), the man who had threatened a riot in Petaling Street, being arrested and another leader Mohd Ali Baharom backtracking on his vow to “attack the place every week”.
Jamal, the Sungai Besar Umno chief, was arrested by a team from the Dang Wangi police station at 9pm yesterday, according to his secretary Durrany Izam.
