GEORGE TOWN: A DAP assemblyman has joined the ranks of those against the culling of stray dogs to curb the spread of rabies.
Pulau Tikus assemblyman Yap Soo Huey said the state’s stray dog population can be given immunity to rabies en masse using an orally-fed vaccine.
