PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court here has granted an application by the Government and the police for leave to appeal against RM300,000 in damages awarded to lorry driver B. Prabakar.
Court of Appeal president Justice Md Raus Sharif made the decision after hearing submissions from parties on their application on Monday.
