KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court has set Oct 1 to hear an application for leave by Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua (pic) challenging the Immigration Department director-general’s decision to stop him from travelling overseas.
Pua wants the High Court to declare the decision unlawful and invalid and quash it.
